Key Responsibilities for HR Business Partner:
- The HRBP role will partner some teams within Global Commercial Experience function and be a key member of the UniOps Global HRBP team.
- Work as an HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda.
- Lead change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with the business for creation a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
- Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level
- Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance
- Lead People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace.
- Ensure accuracy and strong governance of workforce planning in alignment with business needs.
- Creating a positive winning Culture & improving Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities for Territory Sales Officer :
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving RS system.
- Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
- Negotiate with his RS and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business.
- Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities.
- Monitor systematically the performance of the RS and RS’s sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps).
- Within budget limits for brand activities organize promotion activities in consultation with the superiors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation
- Full time MBA from Top business school with specialization in HR
Preferred skills:
- Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management
- Should be well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning
- Conducting promotional activities & execution
- Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired
- Previous HR Business Partnering experience is desired.
- Essential to have strong data analytics and skills to be able to work on multiple reports and insights to enable people decisions.
