Key Responsibilities for QA Engineer:
- Utilize intelligent automation testing frameworks to execute regression test cases efficiently.
- Efficiently identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest features and changes in Db2 for z/OS, incorporating new function test cases into regression test suites.
- Establish and maintain consistent and reliable test data and environments to ensure the timely execution of automated tests.
- Develop and update comprehensive technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Actively contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of QA processes, methodologies, and tools through valuable insights and suggestions.
Key Responsibilities for AI Engineer:
- Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Develop POCs to validate and showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed AI solutions. Collaborate with development teams to implement and iterate on POCs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solution architectures, design decisions, implementation details, and lessons learned. Create technical documentation, white papers, and best practice guides. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives and mentor new team members.
- Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, foundation models, and large language models. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact on solution design and implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred skills:
- IBM Certified: Db2 for z/OS administrator or similar certification.
- Strong proficiency in z/OS and z/VM.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for software applications.
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics is highly desirable.
- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
