Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Business Unit Delivery Quality Assurance.
- Highlight alerts over Business unit function.
- QA activities SQA services offered to engagements.
- Ensure QMS is implemented across engagements.
- Ensure Client feedbacks issues are acted upon Track performance of Business Unit s engagement.
- Liaison with BU leadership and QA Units expectations.
- Quality Certifications and Regulatory compliances are met Skills.

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
