Key Responsibilities:
- Work with QA lead to understand the required test scenarios.
- Design test cases to exercise application features.
- Perform exploratory tests of new features and bug fixes.
- Be an active team member, driving quality, security, and best practice.
- Responsible for Functional / Regression / Retesting / UI testing across multiple apps.
- Helps troubleshoot Bugs.
- Documents and evaluates test results, report results to Test Lead.
- Utilize applications such as MS Excel to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree educated or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year of QA testing experience.
- Complete knowledge on SDLC, STLC, DLC and key testing phases.
- Experience with Testing methodologies.
- Experience in test management tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks.
- Ability to integrate rapidly with existing team.
Preferred skills:
- Quality Assurance certifications such as ISTQB is a plus.
- Automation scripting using TOSCA.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work are required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills.
