Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SME knowledge in Financial Accounting and/or Product Control.
- Provide SME inputs into the change programs/BAU processes to which they are assigned.
- Escalate any risks identified on their assignments and work with the team and stakeholders to resolve any challenges that may impact agreed outcomes.
- End-to-end ownership of assigned outcomes as part of “placement” within the specific change programs and/or BAU processes.
- Accountable for own upskilling and continuous learning as required by the capability.
- Ensure that the outputs, as agreed with the change program/BAU process lead, are of a high quality, and prepared in accordance with accepted policy.
- Escalate any risks identified on their assignments and work with the team and stakeholders to resolve any challenges that may impact agreed outcomes.
- Supports the team in developing a deep pool of Financial Accounting/Product Control expertise.
- Provide understanding of how technical requirements translate into operational processes.
- Team player and ability to build relationships in wider Global Finance Business
- Adopt new ways of working such as Agile, particularly in respect of change activities, and encourage the adoption of new technology within teams across Global Finance.
- The role requires a commitment continuous learning and a curious nature, to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement across Global Finance.

Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills; proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi task and manage ever changing and often conflicting priorities in a challenging environment with limited direction or supervision/ manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management in different nationalities.
