Key Responsibilities:
- Adjudicate pay or deny the claim received.
- Oversee & ensure warranty support on pre- & post-contractual warranty administration & management, terms & conditions of the contract, & management of claims.
- Manage ageing claims with regular follow-ups with the end customer/client for the smooth closure of the claim.
- Identify the root cause of the failure of claimed parts and pay the credit accordingly.
- Good understanding in service bulletins.
- Ensure process KPI are maintained– TAT, Accuracy.
- Provide support to IT team for the enhancement of the warranty portal.
- Customer relationship management through conducting periodic reviews.
- Prepared weekly and quarterly open/closed warranty claims showing the activities of all warranty claims paid to streamline the process and minimize delays.
- Performed Quality Audit for the team.
- Take ownership for new initiatives and analytics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor or Master in any disciple.
- Good Communication skill and Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
