Key Responsibilities:
- Support your stakeholder teams in the provision of MI (Management Information) through dashboards and reports.
- Ensure consistency in reporting so that these stakeholder teams have the right level of data to manage the performance and obligations.
- Enable Desktop stakeholders to draw insights and summaries from data.
- Respond to MI requirements in terms of reporting categorization and rationalization of ad-hoc reports.
- Monitor and validate data and reports (business as usual and ad-hoc).
- Create indicators for reports and generates data-driven analysis and insights.
- Implement reporting requirements and establish the governance around them.
- Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders around the use of data and reporting as a basis for decision-making.
- Utilize data and reporting to support the review and management of service performance and demand management at a global, area, and local level.
- Provide the means for the stakeholders to manage obligations on service performance and service improvement plans.
- Monitor end to end service performance and service levels, defining the actions and impacts on the organization.
