Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to project teams and management
- Support the development and maintenance of project management processes, templates, and tools
- Coordinate and track project deliverables and activities
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports that provide meaningful insights into business performance.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner using charts, graphs, and tables.
- Work closely with management to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that meet those needs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reports and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of business processes and financial concepts.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in the use of project management software such as MS Project, Asana or JIRA would be an added advantage.
