Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates effective financial skills to develop and manage a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits and link to overall finances of the business.
- Oversees the development of a well-defined project plan. Coordinates the planning across multiple teams. Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
- Proactively determine, analyse and identify performance metrics and measurements and dictates improvement plans to track and drive on time delivery and adherence to budget.
- Manages changes through the change control process. Challenges and intervenes where there is scope creep, budget overrun, plan slippage and benefits.
- Anticipates and identifies existing or emerging risks/issues.
- Oversees the tracking of strategic project risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realisation for the projects and takes action to minimise impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles.
- Obtains sponsor and stakeholder sign-off for deliverables, formally close projects assess stakeholder satisfaction and capture feedback.
- Captures key learns from each programme and feeds back into Global Transformation methodologies and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- PMP Certified/Qualified Six Sigma Black belt.
- Experience in Digital & Fintech initiatives is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Data Management & Analytics.
- Focused on simplifying processes for our customers & creating customer delight and satisfaction .
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge of financial modeling.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient at Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Strong accounts, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
- Good at multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
