Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from various sources, including product usage data, website analytics, and customer feedback, to identify insights, trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to product-led growth, such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and sales to define and measure the impact of product-led growth initiatives.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities to improve product-led growth metrics.
• Build predictive models and conduct cohort analysis to forecast user behavior and inform product development decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in product-led growth and data analytics.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of DB2 / SQL / Python and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Amplitude and Segment preferred.

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-led growth or SaaS environment.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge in data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
