Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases and test plans for policy administration system implementations.
- Create and maintain automated test suites to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure software quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Design and execute performance testing and load testing of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets requirements and is delivered on time.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong technical skills in quality assurance, testing methodologies, test automation, and Agile development
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with testing APIs and web services.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Junit, or Cucumber
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Understanding of software security best practices.
