Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and Lead the support team (BA’s) on analysis and perform pilot work/audit
- Raise / Drive the feature request that will improve or affecting the process
- Review the policy documentation document and suggest improvements
- Suggest improvements to present workflow and processes
- Identify and propose initiatives to increase efficiency
- Manage large projects, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, working and communicating effectively with Client Program Managers across various locations
- Understand New Age Media Client’s products, internal tools and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency.
- Manage and lead projects, team, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, working and communicating effectively with Management, QA, Operations.
- Understand Audits operations, internal tools and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency.
- Using data and scientific management techniques to provide solutions to cater to various business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate
- Extremely good in google sheets, Advance excel. Dashboard creation, 7 QA Tools
- Strong analytical, communication and Presenatation skills .
- Hands-on Experience on Google suite will be an added advantage
- Strong on MIS/Reporting.
Preferred skills:
- Preparing Executive Level Presentations
- Participation and Analytical Suggestions
- Leveraging multiple teams/products for data enhancement
