Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established procedures, rules, and SOPs while working under general supervision to complete activities with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Interacting and cooperating with consumers, obtaining and presenting customer feedback, ensuring Amazon maintains its competitiveness, providing a large selection and accurate product information, and overcoming difficult operational goals are just a few of the tasks. Additionally, track business workflow, keep records of your activity, and escalate any deviations.
- Report audit findings and let others in the company know about them.
- Analyze data to spot fresh patterns and trends.
- To improve the whole escalation process, identify generic trends in customer experience escalations that can be converted into guidelines and SOPs.
- Give suggestions for streamlining current procedures to assist the team in producing more reliable, high-quality outputs.
- Be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday and take the other two days of the week off.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as the ability to express ideas clearly both orally and in writing.
- Be organised and detail-oriented, able to manage numerous projects at once, and ready to deal with priorities that change quickly in a hectic workplace.
- Must have expertise managing complex operational issues, establishing, measuring, and satisfying service level agreements, as well as enhancing the performance and quality of processes.
- Working knowledge of a highly analytical, goal-driven environment.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows-based software
- Strong process definition and optimization skills
- Demonstrated ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships out of respect for one’s peers.
Preferred skills:
- Excel, SQL, and macro knowledge would be advantageous.
- An advantage would be having knowledge in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media.
