Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Drive client resolution of functional, technical, and infrastructure issues.
- Help clients with a wide range of expertise (from users to administrators and developers) overcome technological challenges.
- Drive automation, self-service, and the evolution of cloud infrastructure environments.
- Services for project management.
- Increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery by enabling programme management.
- Track and manage project management office activities to assist projects in the Technology Delivery Centers.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on deliverables execution, as well as resolve issues.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure that priorities and direction are aligned.
- App development with little or no coding.
- Create applications with a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Work with three key components: form builders, pre-built templates, and visual drag-and-drop.
- Investigate and analyse internal business processes in order to optimise and automate them.
- Engineering for test automation.
- Test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data are all created.
- To meet the team’s overall test objectives, apply business and functional knowledge such as testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology.
- Designing testing scenarios for usability testing is your responsibility.
- Prepare all reports relating to software testing.
- Analyze the results and then report your findings to the development team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- All streams/branches of B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S,B.PSc,B.Agri & RD,B.ActSc, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M, B.L.I.Sc, B.FA,BBiot (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).
- Candidates with BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MCA/MSC (CS and IT Branch)MBA/PGDBM are not eligible to apply for this position.
- Only your highest level of education will be considered.
- There are no active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
- You must have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role) within the time frame specified. As a result, there should be no gaps in your degree. For example, you must complete your three-year BBA programme in three years.
Preferred skills:
- Communication via written and verbal means.
- Actively participate in responding to requests for assistance.
- Making decisions and solving problems.
