Key Responsibilities:
- Systematically gather data from websites, filings, and company-specific documents (e.g., company websites, sustainability reports, annual reports).
- Track and monitor developments and trends in various sectors, assessing the impact of companies on the overall sector.
- Take ownership of production targets and deliver research within the outlined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of production without compromising quality.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE, BTech, BBA, BSc, B.Com, Bachelor of Arts
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills to attend to and resolve client issues via calls, chat, and email.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 office environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues.
