Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with their onboarding experience through our in-app live chat feature.
- Analyze KYC documents and process the data they contain.
- Act as a representative of Revolut online consistently.
- Collaborate with teams in London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to address any customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in English with exceptional communication abilities.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Capability to simplify complex issues into easily understandable explanations.
- Excellent writing skills, along with adept numeracy and IT competencies.
