Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all departmental tasks and coordinate activities.
- Handle routine correspondence via calls or emails following established procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Help schedule meetings and events, and coordinate logistics as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, graduated in 2022 or 2023.
- No prior work experience or apprenticeship experience (internship experience can be considered).

- Proficient with modern digital tools and platforms, including traditional applications like Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Calendars.
- Interest in basic project management and coordination.
