Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple teams across various functional areas and geographies worldwide to extract business requirements and propose strategic and tactical solutions for developing the B2B marketplace.
- Analyze and solve business problems at their root, ensuring a broad understanding of the context.
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity, presenting written business recommendations to shape the future of Amazon Business Customer Service.
- Develop end-to-end self-service BI solutions to support decision-making for key stakeholders worldwide.
- Guide business stakeholders on effectively utilizing existing data deep dives and reporting solutions to become autonomous in data analysis.
- Research and implement novel approaches to enhance existing technical and business processes, improving customer and stakeholder experience.
- Develop and deploy mathematical models and algorithms to understand customer and vendor behavior and needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expertise in SQL and Excel, ranging from intermediate to expert level.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience in the data/BI space, including building end-to-end BI solutions (ETL, Reporting, etc.).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Master’s degree or an advanced technical degree.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
- Experience working with APIs to build data pipelines.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and correlation analysis.
