Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Underwriters and Lending Specialists to input terms and conditions from credit approvals and legal documents into the corporate credit platform.
- Establish and monitor proper connections between Corporation Credit Systems.
- Coordinate internally with staff (Underwriters, Lending Specialists, Wholesale Loan Services) and externally with stakeholders (customers, legal counsel) to ensure accurate booking of approved facilities for loan closings.
- Coordinate global approval for cross Lines of Business requests, including customer exposure managed by units outside the family responsibility area.
- Ensure accuracy of Country of Risk allocations and obtain Senior Country Officer concurrence if necessary.
- Assist in issuing letters of credit and amendments, and oversee ARC LC queues for approval of new and evergreen LCs.
- Manage and monitor credit exposure information on corporate credit systems.
- Handle administrative aspects of portfolio management on a daily basis, including identifying outstanding unlinked items, over limits, temporary facility extensions, or increases.
- Support information needs arising from internal and external examinations, portfolio reviews, credit audits, and quality reviews.
- Manage market and Lines of Business transfers as clients and facilities transition to new markets or other Lines of Business.
- Create and maintain client information records in internal systems.
- Keep regulatory reports updated for CCAR dates following loan setup.
- Manage unilateral notice mailing and tracking tasks.
- Identify trends pertinent to the market, individuals, or processes, and propose training or process enhancements.
- Take part in strategic initiatives, such as integrating the Loan Doc Platform to streamline DocuSign and WLS activities.
- Implement Signature Validation processes to verify valid client signatures.
- Ensure uniform global utilization of key data elements, including Reg U form and execution, Reg Z minimum amounts, and specific Operational flags and RRC codes related to evergreen and purpose credits.
- Engage in relevant global consistency improvement projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
- Possess 0-5 years of experience in a Financial Services environment.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with legal documentation, including the ability to comprehend legal terms and conditions.
- Capability to engage with various levels of management across the organization.
- Ability to represent AWM in all working groups involved in decision-making for the business.
- Understanding of credit concepts, policy/regulatory frameworks, and loan and derivative products.
- Familiarity with Credit Risk Infrastructure, tools, and processes (such as ARC, EN, SRGT, CRRT, OWL, SELM, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data mining and management, and Microsoft Office.
- Transformation skills are beneficial, including familiarity with Signavio, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
