Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in regional and global business reporting and fulfill data requests.
- Facilitate access to resources and promote best practices within the practice.
- Conduct basic data analysis, generate reports, and develop dashboards.
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for Offer/PA requirements, such as marketing, expertise, and staffing.
- Support coordination of personnel affiliation and development initiatives.
- Manage coordination and logistics for events, both regional and global meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.
Preferred skills:
- Preference given to candidates with a track record of academic excellence and previous work or internship experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, with intermediate-level skills in PowerPoint, and competence in other MS Office applications.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities, coupled with effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness are highly valued.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time employment (40 hours/week) for a minimum duration of 3-6 months is required.
