Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement within the Retail Bank business by promoting relevant cross-sell and upsell products.
- Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to gain profound insights into customer responses to new offers and outreach channels, emphasizing the delivery of appropriate products at the right time.
- Deliver actionable market and customer insights to address strategic inquiries regarding Retail Bank products, encompassing campaign management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Return on Investment (ROI), and channels.
- Identify emerging market trends and potential shifts to foster adaptability and implement strategic alterations in customer engagement approaches.
- Evaluate campaign performance, handle ad-hoc analytic requests, and formulate recommendations for enhancing campaign profitability.
- Utilize Hive, Python, Excel, and other tools to analyze both external and internal customer data across the Retail Bank customer lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assess online/offline customer behavior to offer insights and suggestions for refining targeting strategies.
- Analyze A/B and Multivariate tests, communicate findings, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency and optimize budgets.
- Forecast campaign/product performance for short-term and long-term cohorts, supported by comprehensive data analysis and business justifications.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pricing, and Decision Management teams to drive revenue and foster growth for Retail Bank products, leveraging insights derived from customer data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and market data, offering guidance to other marketing functions such as e-commerce, online/offline advertising, brand, and product development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or hold a graduate degree.
Preferred skills:
- Have 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing research, statistical analysis, or data analysis (or equivalent academic experience).
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members.
- Proficient in managing and manipulating data using Python, Hive, and SQL.
