Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and analyze client processes according to business rules.
- Execute processes accurately and promptly as a hands-on processor.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Follow process steps outlined in the Work instructions and highlight any anomalies to SME/Leads.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of client data.
- Update client applications accurately and timely as per the appropriate User Guides.
- Adhere to Accenture’s processes and working methods.
- Understand relevant HR and Safety legislation and manage cases accordingly.
- Perform the full range of Employee and Org Data Management processes, including the Employee Life cycle.
- Have a clear understanding of existing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Participate actively in team activities and organizational initiatives.
