Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to facilitate the advancement of hardware and software application development.
- Possess experience in data analysis across diverse domains, including data sovereignty and governance within network and cloud technologies. Capable of delivering data mapping specifications for large-scale reporting applications.
- Provide valuable insights to decision-makers to shape experience design strategies.
- Generate datasets and reports for analysis using analytics and various reporting tools.
- Develop design concepts and implementation strategies, offering insights on user design considerations, and outlining specifications detailing user requirements and internal structures for products under development.
- Document detailed user stories within the Agile Product Development methodology; collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user stories.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with querying languages such as SQL, HQL.
- Familiarity with big-data/analytics platforms/languages like Hadoop, Snowflake, Oracle, incorporating user access management and security protocols.
- Utilize multiple complex datasets to expedite operational and strategic data-driven decision-making. Identify opportunities and business drivers, crafting insights and solutions through data analysis.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining the ETL/ELT process and data flow, including data quality management, leveraging various data integration tools.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within intricate data sets using statistical techniques, and produce ongoing reports and dashboards, including but not limited to Tableau.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Demonstrate experience with database design, spanning from requirements analysis to conceptual, logical, and physical data model designs for transactional applications.
- Possess the ability to swiftly adapt to learning new technologies and architectural methodologies, and adjust practices to accommodate frequent changes in the data environment.
- Collaborate with team members, DBAs, architects, and subject area owners to develop scalable data models, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Modeling best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Blackline with experience in designing basic configurations such as profiles and attributes.
- Competence in data loading using Direct integration methods like SAP and Flat File-based loads.
- Understanding of workflow and security setup processes.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in designing and developing various components, including profile creation, profile segmentation, attribute setup, workflow, and application security.
- Strong communication skills.
