Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Analyze intricate business problems and concerns by leveraging data from internal and external sources to offer valuable insights to decision-makers.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns within pertinent datasets to pinpoint influential factors.
- Generate specifications for reports and analyses aligned with business requirements and the pertinent data elements.
- Define, develop, enhance, and monitor metrics using PowerBI Dashboards and automated Excel tools.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels through articulate written and verbal interactions.
Key Responsibilities for Business Consulting:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java, with a comprehensive understanding of its ecosystems.
- Possess a strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
- Ability to craft reusable Java libraries.
- Understanding of Java concurrency patterns.
- Basic comprehension of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.
- Hands-on experience with popular web application frameworks such as Play and Spark.
- Relevant proficiency in Java GUI frameworks like Swing, SWT, AWT based on project requirements.
- Capability to write clean, readable Java code.
- Fundamental understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate qualifications through relevant certifications.
Preferred skills:
- Exhibit robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Possess essential proficiency in Excel, with a strong emphasis on skillful usage.
- Demonstrate imperative skills in PowerBI.
- Utilize SQL Query and demonstrate general SQL proficiency as a vital daily skill.
- Experience or knowledge in DAX is highly beneficial.
- Highly valued proficiency in Python scripting.
- Possess familiarity or knowledge in PowerAutomate as an additional asset.
- Exhibit a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive desire to learn new skills, along with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
