Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 small to mid-sized customers, each with an annual revenue ranging between $2-3 million.
- Take responsibility for promoting efficient utilization of PowerShare and related services among customers by devising and implementing comprehensive Adoption Plans.
- Deploy PowerShare at spoke accounts, encompassing installation, training, testing, and ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Increase market awareness, educate potential clients, and surpass assigned objectives by expanding PowerShare adoption across our client base.
- Deliver value to customers by assisting them in articulating clear business outcomes and developing success plans inclusive of defined objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Ensure efficient utilization of PowerShare among customers by crafting and executing detailed Adoption Plans.
- Cultivate, sustain, and leverage relationships within each customer organization to foster solution adoption, garner support for new opportunities, and secure advocacy for Microsoft+Nuance.
- Exhibit advanced insights and industry understanding, challenging customers’ perspectives on their business and processes where necessary.
- Coordinate closely and garner strong support from various external and internal teams, maintaining a robust connection with PowerShare subject matter experts throughout the customer lifecycle.
