Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices and credit notes.
- Review, analyze, and report on discrepancies in invoices.
- Implement business changes in alignment with established plans.
- Take ownership and accountability for 3-way match and payments activities.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and evaluate potential financial risks or upsides, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate these.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth accounting flow.
- Ensure timely payment of accounts payable.
- Effectively manage all vendors and uphold vendor management standards.
- Ensure adherence to payment terms while processing invoices.
- Meet relevant financial measurements for accounts payable.
- Ensure and take ownership of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ideally, possess a graduate degree in Finance and Accounting.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Preferably have experience in managing Accounts Payable, coupled with a basic understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
