Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary and trustworthy point of contact for employees.
- Provide regular coaching and guidance to employees, fostering appropriate expectations and bridging cultural gaps as part of their career experience.
- Support employees throughout the entire process of connecting individuals to projects, assisting in the identification of optimal internal roles based on individual interests and aspirations.
- Conduct high-touch, one-on-one career discussions with employees to enhance the overall career experience.
- Strive to create a highly inclusive and genuinely human career experience.
- Take accountability for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement, including performance counseling.
- Assist employees in navigating the organization and offer advice on broader performance and career goals.
- Act as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle and provide support during annual compensation reviews and variable pay administration.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
- Work with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable talent for development programs.
- Identify business needs for special projects driven by the group’s unique characteristics and requirements, such as engagement initiatives, attrition management, and change management.
