Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client servicing and analysis on consumer media view data set, offering actionable insights to clients.
- Conduct analysis using various tools, including but not limited to Cross-tabulation, Cluster (Segmentation), and Geodemographics, with a focus on Commspoint Journey & Influence.
- Develop reports, decks, and other deliverables, presenting insights to both External and Internal clients.
- Provide regular updates to the CMV analyst team, sharing client successes with analysis and insights to facilitate learning opportunities for the team.
- Service subscription clients, ensuring optimal use of their subscription by addressing day-to-day queries, conducting regular WIP meetings with key users, providing software training, and presenting insights to the wider client team.
- Develop strategies to maintain high client engagement with the CMV tool/data, aiming for optimum client retention. Proactively address low engagement by collaborating with Account Managers to enhance participation.
- Support clients by cultivating cross-functional relationships across marketing, media, and research teams within the client’s organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Encourage graduates from Analytics, Market Research, and Media Business to apply.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience.
Preferred skills:
- Understand market research principles and methodologies.
- Exhibit quantitative analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to understand and interpret datasets with superior attention to detail.
- Display storytelling skills, going beyond mere data interpretation to deliver well-crafted narratives and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, with confidence in handling expectations both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate project management capabilities, including initiating, planning, executing, and managing new initiatives to meet the business and key stakeholders’ needs and requirements.
- Maintain a commercial focus, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects for revenue recognition. Identify potential commercial opportunities and maintain a strong customer success mindset.
- Showcase the ability to quickly adapt and learn new technology and research methodologies.
- Embrace a growth mindset, recognizing opportunities and potential in every moment, whether it be a failure or success.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
