Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Collect operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Participate in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
- Transform data into insights on consumer or customer behavior to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, communicating findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies.
- Assess risks appropriately in business decisions, prioritizing the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, applying ethical judgment, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Hold 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members.
