Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor dedicated queues, assign tickets to appropriate resources, and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Prioritize and assign tickets to support resources, maintaining adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate ticket resolution activities, collaborating with support resources and other internal teams.
- Provide email support, utilizing proactive troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve user problems.
- Assist the sales team with complex or non-standard deals.
- Follow predefined support procedures and policies, mastering the use of support channels, processes, and tools.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tools, enhancing internal efficiency, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively escalate issues with clear communication and demonstrate the ability to handle large volumes of work with high quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on business requirements.
- Escalate support requests to management and ensure appropriate attention.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Undertake administrative responsibilities as required.
- Support new process/policy rollouts and participate in other projects as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in sales support or operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, sales tools, product configuration, and pricing.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in a variable shift environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, along with interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to efficiently complete a large volume of work independently.
