Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Business Banking clients, addressing their needs related to a variety of products and services.
- Ensure the achievement of positive customer outcomes and internal control by validating Know Your Customer (KYC) information. Make necessary updates to maintain accurate and policy-compliant data.
- Collaborate with the Quality team and incorporate their feedback to ensure all tasks are executed in adherence to established processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a graduate degree in Commerce, Banking, Criminal Justice, or Journalism.
- Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential information and data.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent narrative writing skills.
Preferred skills:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with a drive to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Proficient in computer operations, including familiarity with MS software packages.
