Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dependable and single point of contact for employees.
- Offer employee coaching and guidance as a regular part of their career journey to establish appropriate expectations and bridge cultural gaps.
- Provide comprehensive employee support throughout the process of connecting individuals with projects and assisting them in identifying the most suitable internal roles based on their interests and aspirations.
- Conduct high-touch, one-on-one career discussions with employees.
- Strive to deliver an inclusive and genuinely human Career Experience.
- Take responsibility for addressing issues in areas such as career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement, including performance counseling.
- Assist employees in navigating the organization and providing guidance on broader performance and career objectives.
- Serve as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle and support annual compensation reviews and variable pay administration.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and recommend the right talent for development programs.
