Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, gathering, and preserving recruitment-related data/information on action items, issues that need to be followed up on, and communicating the status to recruiters and managers.
- Keep data repositories up to date for MIS purposes.
- When necessary, preparing and providing information reports to the stakeholders.
- Together with the team, create, maintain, and publish MIS every day.
- Assistance in recruitment initiatives carried out by the department.
- Daily data reporting to reporting authorities and maintaining error-free MIS.
- Coordinating with internal divisions like business, IT, human resources, etc.
- Leading, directing, and balancing a variety of administrative activities for the Recruitment Team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized institute.
