Key Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Finding passive candidates using inventive and imaginative recruitment methods
- collaborating with hiring managers and the people team to pinpoint and comprehend the most important requirements before developing an all-encompassing recruitment plan
- Finding passive prospects through a variety of online searches and networking, as well as proactive high-level sourcing techniques like Linkedin Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Controlling the flow of applications and the hiring process with our application tracking system
- collaborating on diversity initiatives with hiring managers and company executives and drawing in a broad pool of candidates
Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Follow procedures to ensure high-quality fulfilment of internal and external SLAs. Provide training and certification on business policies and standard operating procedures, as necessary.
- Respect all company policies and regular operating procedures.
- Use databases to carry out data entry.
- Create and suggest ways to enhance processes; additionally, assist in putting new procedures and initiatives into action.
- Assist clients in completing routine business as usual tasks.
- As needed, assist with off-shift availability or on-call rotations.
- To guarantee data integrity for clients and downstream systems, conduct quality checks.
- Answer questions from clients using Salesforce tickets, Change Requests, and/or Customer Support agents.
- Investigate and reply to requests for an E&Y audit.
- Help the process/team lead create and collect data for measurements and KPIs.
- Help the team or process lead with UAT testing for newly released software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in the English language, ability to write well, and proficiency with grammar, organisation, analysis, and communication
- Adept at using the Microsoft Suite and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- High social skills and the capacity to collaborate well with others
- Must be able to complete tasks accurately under time constraints and be available to work after regular business hours when needed.
- A fast typing speed is ideal.
- Need to stay up to date on the most recent news, particularly on social media.
