Key Responsibilities for Data Analytics:
- Large-scale data analysis and explicit plan definition for assurance analytical work.
- Participate in teams and work in a multicultural setting.
- knowledge of the many auditing aspects. Analyse audit-related data in relation to raw data.
- To conceptualise concepts, ideas, strategies, and frameworks with the Global Assurance team, close collaboration is required.

Key Responsibilities for Associate – Resource Management:
- Using demand predictions, determine the number of employees needed.
- To maximise service and cut costs, create personnel timetables.
- On the schedule management tool, resource schedules are promptly updated (Retain).
- Review and adjustment of scheduling conflicts as soon as possible.
- Proactive evaluation of resource availability and project demands in the future.
- Reduce open, unmet demand to a minimum.
- Mailbox administration.
- Optimal resource deployment to maximise resource use.
- Straightforward reporting and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E, B. Tech Fresher or any other graduate degree, ACCA or CA inter (fully or partially qualified), M.Com, B.Com, BSc (Computer Science), MSc (Computer Science)
- Graduates with 0-1 year of relevant workforce management experience.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presenting skills.
- Abilities to solve problems, learn quickly, and adjust to change.
- Should be willing to work in various time zones and travel as necessary.
- Should uphold the highest standards of secrecy and integrity.
- Be prepared to work under pressure to provide high-quality work in a timely manner.
- MS Excel expertise that is basic.
