Key Responsibilities:
- ECR Support is in charge of all general HR operations, including letter creation, employee database upkeep, MIS report preparation, follow-up with candidates, tracking of progress, relocation plans, IT asset allocation, etc.
- Providing ECR with post-selection services such the release of LOIs, the initiation and tracking of BGVs, the delivery of candidate documents, relocation and travel help, the distribution of IT assets, etc.
- Maintaining the system’s database and reports for candidate paperwork and GET feedback in accordance with deadlines.
- Enabling the seamless onboarding of academic interns and the prompt resolution of applicant queries to deliver excellent candidate experience.
- Aid with completing the reimbursement & PO for relocation assistance.
- Requisition management and communication with the Offer Desk for on-time delivery of operational assistance for making offer requests for various ECR hire types.
- Offer to let go The ideal applicant should be skilled in using Microsoft Office programmes.
- He or she must be skilled in stakeholder management, effective communication, strong process orientation, and time management in high volume situations.
