Key Responsibilities:
- Build the workstream, including developing and executing strategies for data reporting and analytics.
- Responsible for developing measures pipeline (incl. processes, measure definitions, etc.).
- Responsible and accountable for contextualizing global PS&D trends and translating them into materials for senior leadership meetings.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through ongoing monitoring and analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with I&S to develop solutions to streamline the measures process.
- Analyze and interpret HR operations data to develop and deliver regular data reports.
- Partner with I&S team to ensure that systems and tools support the initiative are delivered on cost, on time, and on quality.
- Closely work with Operational Excellence champions and the regional PS&D heads to define the measure required to improve service delivery and the partnership with HR in the business.
- Develop insight with the service towers and operations to support value-driven partnerships.
- Drive build-out Partnership Service Review Storyline based on the maturity of the system/location.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR metrics, data generation (e.g. process mining), and Insight generation, and actively seek out new tools and technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of PS&D data reporting and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to bring together diverse data sets and analyze them to derive insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred skills:
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across contacts, cultures and geographies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with HR metrics and reporting, and a strong understanding of the technical details to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data structures, and the ability to work with technical teams to define metrics down to the formulas, sources
- Excellent organization and time management skills with a great attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and an ability to work towards tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
