Key Responsibilities:
- Design business KPIs and promote effective performance management throughout the customer lifecycle, including enabling consumers, Disputes, merchants, Customer acquisition, Credit, Fraud, and Late Stage collections. Servicing Process & Risk Process MIS.
- Communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, SAS/SQL, Python/Hive, and BI tools like Tableau are important skills.
- Incentive programmes, performance management tools, and insights are all part of performance management.
- Project/Program Management, Basic Hive, and BI tools like Tableau are essential skills.
- Building and driving customer surveys, sentiment analysis, and deep insights into customer advocacy and satisfaction are all examples of customer listening.
- Communication, stakeholder management, machine learning, Spark, Python, and SAS/SQL are essential skills.
