Key Responsibilities:
- Hosting Business Operations alongside other gatekeepers, quality specialists, supervisors and quality insight analysts.
- First pass team review an accurate property type, and identify a listing photo that best aligns with each of the target Flex Destination category. For each photo selected, they rate its quality.
- We (Dashpass/Second Pass) audit the listings reviewed by the first pass team to ensure good quality and better user experience when guests browse through the flexible destination categories.
- We also partner with EQ team/stakeholders to train and onboard agents on the partner site.
Eligibility Criteria:
- We perform the second pass review to ensure that all categories on our website are accurate and meet the Photo and quality definitions.
- Airbnb is built on the platform of trust and the Second Pass team ensures that the level of guest trust is retained. This done by reviewing listings so that guests get in actual vs what was shown on the website while booking the listing.
- You will be part of the team which ensures supply of curated listings to the Airbnb ecosystem and will work on the product releases which are announced in the Airbnb Press Release.
- You will be creating an impact by effective and recognizable contribution towards summer and winter product launches of the company.
Preferred skills:
- Detail orientation, good communication both written & verbal.
- Ability to interpret and apply confluence photo quality guidelines and QA standards.
- Quick decision making ability.
- Solves new or escalated problems requiring considerable judgment.
- Provides operational/ administrative support to multiple areas within a Platform, Function or Business Unit; coordinates work across the Platform, Function or BU.
- Preferred unique skill-sets : Airbnb platform knowledge and / or custom service background.
