Key Responsibilities:
- Assist client facing teams with adhoc and standard report needs and handle queries on utilization, time charging and any queries on reports circulated.
- Help is getting necessary information for billing of expenses and hours where ever needed.
- Resolve queries related to reports.
- Support in financial planning for the assigned business/location.
- Work on tools like Excel, PPT, Access, Data Visualization tools, SharePoint etc.
- Act as a central point of contact for the assigned Client facing team.
- Interface regularly with client facing teams/leadership, develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs.
- Be knowledgeable about the services offered by client facing teams and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations on reports being done for them or on requests received.
- Coordinate for managing report logs/ conducting meetings for team.
- Act as SME for staff and new team members to coach them on reports and communication with clients.
