Key Responsibilities:
- Helping groom and maintain the product backlog through continuous process
- Engaging with business stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.
- Develop test scripts and create use-case scenarios for product upgrades
- Perform business validation and regression testing during Sprints
- Assist product owners in managing User Acceptance Testing
- Assist in creating supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g. Test Execution Reports, Status Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, etc.)
- Support in deployment activities such as training, development of user guides and manuals, pilot support
- Perform application management activities (Admin Activities & Data Validation)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
- Experience with Product Support and Testing methodologies.
- Experience working with US clients is a must. Since the position requires significant coordination with US colleagues, the ability to network with US counterparts is important
- Advance knowledge in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for technology, problem solving and client service
- Willingness to become a product expert and learn the business that the product supports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Meticulous attention to detail and quality

- Experience in Audit domain is a plus.
