Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, including understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls with candidates, and coordinate interviews while ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment trackers and records, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and professional approach to conversations, and a genuine interest in people management and Human Resources.
- Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback positively, and stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a proactive, results-oriented attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience participating in college events, student clubs, placement coordination, or HR internships is an advantage but not mandatory. A willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm for developing HR skills are highly valued.
