Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design and develop high-quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Automation: Lead the implementation of internal software deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth, reliable releases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing and Debugging: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure software quality, stability, and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve software development and deployment processes, and implement approved standards to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues in deployed applications to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, database scaling, caching, and SQL.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, along with a self-motivated attitude and a willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing APIs.
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms (DSA), system design, and software design principles.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to develop business acumen while contributing to product development.
