Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops with consultants and assist the team in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Assist the team in configuring and executing defined supply chain processes.
- Support the preparation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Perform unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system functionality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
- Assist with data migration activities and master data setup.
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, or a B.E. in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- An equivalent educational qualification related to supply chain management and operations is also acceptable.
Required Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is preferred.
- Experience as an end user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is acceptable.
- Candidates with experience in other ERP systems who are willing to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are also encouraged to apply.
