Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products.
- Design and develop user-friendly software solutions that enable customers to extend and customize functionality according to their specific business requirements.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new products and features while continuously enhancing and maintaining the existing product suite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in leveraging AI technologies and critically evaluating their integration into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including workflow automation, AI-powered tools, data-driven insights, and industry-specific AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a passion for web technologies, reusable code, component-based architecture, and modular software development.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and software performance optimization, with an understanding of scalability considerations.
- Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software design skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment within established procedures and practices.
- Proficient understanding of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques relevant to software development and engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least two years of related experience, an advanced degree with relevant foundational knowledge, or equivalent practical work experience.
