Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver standard and new metrics, measures, and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and enhance existing processes through data-driven insights.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Identify new metrics, analytical opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain, enhance, and upgrade existing metrics, reports, and analytical solutions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Present large volumes of complex information in clear, concise, and easily understandable formats to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Provide analytics leadership by defining analytical strategies, setting priorities, and guiding data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and mentor other Data Analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities and improve team performance.
- Lead and direct a team of Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver effective analytics solutions.
- Develop processes, frameworks, and methodologies to establish and advance analytics as a structured organizational practice.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, and development activities.
- Strong proficiency in Agentic AI, Python programming, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery (BQ), and knowledge of business operations as primary competencies.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and operational processes, with expertise in data preparation, cleansing, and preprocessing.
- Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, including VBA programming, for developing and maintaining customized reports.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java would be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing and implementing machine learning solutions using Python and related frameworks would be an advantage.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, tool integration, workflow automation, and autonomous task execution.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications domain would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PHP for developing and maintaining web portals would be beneficial.
