Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and promote the industry vision to a diverse range of key stakeholders.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
- Solve complex user experience (UX) design challenges across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to identify opportunities for new products and features, and validate assumptions through user research and testing.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of final products.
- Foster a design-thinking culture that leverages product expertise, technological advancements, and innovative talent.
- Take ownership of user interfaces across various web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and Quality Engineering (QE) teams to deliver polished, high-quality products.
- Promote and advocate for new interface guidelines and design patterns to ensure consistency and enhance the overall user experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate experience in designing and delivering products from concept to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices, with a continuous focus on improving design processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment while leading process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus while navigating ambiguity.
- Be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and balance high-quality design with tight deadlines.
- Have experience using analytics, user research, and other data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and continuously improve products.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and developments in design.
- Demonstrate a strong appreciation for simplicity and the ability to develop intuitive solutions to complex problems.
- Possess expert-level proficiency in design tools and applications such as Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with design systems.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or enterprise software.
