Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact among executives and employees
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate
• Result oriented and ownership-driven, can own a process end to end with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, high level of comfort with numbers, Understanding of MS Excel

Preferred skills:

• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner, Data driven, Bias for action , Business Acumen.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic team.

• Self-starter with excellent communication, data presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
