Key Responsibilities:
- Interchangeability Configuration Management: Contribute to Interchangeability (ICY) management activities triggered through workflow processes.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain complex supplier data across multiple assigned portfolios.
- Team and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with internal Tech Data teams and suppliers to ensure the timely availability and accuracy of required data.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by implementing manual or automated solutions using Python and Google Apps Script.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, including EASA and FAA requirements, and quality standards such as EN 9100.
- Customer Support: Provide efficient support and assistance to users and customers regarding maintenance deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a B.Tech. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and their components.
- Basic understanding of supplier management processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and robotic process automation.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
Soft Skills:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
