Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation solutions for various operational processes across US SME channels.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization, Oneforce Capabilities, Technology, Control Management, and CEG, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Apply strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Hive for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and data mining.
- Analyze processes, conduct in-depth investigations, and identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
- Lead the development, validation, and implementation of automated operational solutions with minimal to no manual intervention.
- Oversee and guide contractors and apprentices to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of daily business-as-usual (BAU) operational tasks.
- Challenge existing processes, drive innovation, and demonstrate strong curiosity by proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through continuous evaluation of established approaches.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
- High proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Hive, PySpark, and scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages and tools, including SQL, SAS, Python/R, Unix scripting, and Excel/VBA.
- Experience working in Big Data environments, including the application of data mining techniques.
- Experience applying advanced statistical and quantitative techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning (ML), with a strong understanding of data processing and model validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and manipulate both structured and unstructured data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables, macros, and presentation development.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver results independently while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or experience with statistical software applications.
- Knowledge of GCS and US SME business processes and operations.
- Experience with Big Data platforms and technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with cloud products and services, particularly Google Cloud.
- Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and Splunk.
- Experience with service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with collaboration, workflow, and content management tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
